    You can retreive the URL of FLV file from YouTube using FLV Retriever, and click "Add Remote Video" icon to paste the URL.

24. Why my videoplayer doesn't load movies in Windows IIS server?
    
    Some Windows servers do not add the .flv extension to the MIME type by default, please follow the steps below to add or contact your webhosting company regarding this issue.

    Adding .flv MIME type in IIS
    =======================

    1) Select the site to configure in IIS, right click and select "Properties"
    2) Under HTTP Headers Tab, select "File Types" under the MIME Map section and select "New Type"
    3) Type ".flv" as the associated extension and "video/x-flv" as the content type.
    4) Select "OK" and FLV file type is now supported.
